Technical service hook-up

In the event of a more serious fault, a single display can be unlocked for basic analysis. The fault analysis can then be performed locally or by a VICOM engineer from Germany.

Online update

Individual, defined displays or all units together can receive new firmware or new features online. Customer requests can thus be implemented even after initial setup.

Technical self-monitoring

During periods when the SurtitlePro software is not transmitting text, the SurtitleSeat system performs automatic technical self-monitoring. Any errors are detected and written to a log file or reported to the user.

Professional installation, handover, training

A team of engineers and experienced technicians installs the server technology, cabling, and all displays in the chairs. Customers are free to provide their own installation personnel, who will then be trained by us.

Error detection and reporting

The seating plan shows the operator where a problem exists and what the error is. The operator can then, for example, send a reboot command to a single display if the system has not booted correctly.
